Your personal tracking records stay on your device. Limited technical and purchase data is processed for membership and online guide access.
Records stored on your device
Your start date, daily spending and time, personal currency, records of gambling again, debts, goals, notes, mood and urge responses, and support contact are stored on your device. We do not send these records to us, RevenueCat or the content server. You do not need to create an account.
Membership checks and the third launch
RevenueCat checks membership when you open the Supporter screen or on the third eligible app launch. If you are not a member, a Supporter offer may appear once. You can dismiss it; it does not start a purchase. If the check cannot finish, it is retried on a later eligible launch. The launch count and whether the offer appeared stay on your device. Changing tabs or returning from the background is not a new launch.
Information used for purchases
RevenueCat may process a random app identifier, device and operating system details, app/SDK versions, store language and currency, and product, transaction, purchase history and access information. A random identifier created for content access is linked to this membership; personal tracking records are not attached. Apple processes payment. Card details do not reach the app or RevenueCat. We do not use an advertising identifier or a personalised advertising profile.
The blog and content service
The content service processes the requested article identifier, language and network information needed for the connection. A paid article uses a signed session held in the device’s secure storage; access is checked through RevenueCat. This session is not included in a personal-record backup. Free guides can be read from the device; paid full texts are not permanently cached. The service runs on Vercel, which may process connection data such as IP addresses and requested URLs for hosting and security. Your personal records are not used to create content.
Backups, reminders and deletion
Settings lets you export and restore a backup file. You choose where to save it and who to share it with; it may contain sensitive information. With your permission, reminders are scheduled locally. You can delete records such as notes and debts in the app. Removing the app may make your local records unavailable; manage exported backups separately. Deleting the app does not cancel an Apple subscription.
Website and service providers
This site uses no advertising cookies or advertising tracking. The hosting provider may process standard connection logs. RevenueCat and Vercel privacy information is linked below. Contact us with access or deletion requests about membership or technical records; provider records are managed separately from device records. We do not promise a fixed automatic deletion period.
Age, changes and contact
The app is not designed for people under 18. We update the date when this policy changes. Use the email below for privacy questions or requests. You do not need to send passwords, card details or personal journal entries.
